I'm really not good at putting my thoughts into a journal very often. Honestly, I'm much more of an observer. I love reading other people's comments in particular communities and on occasion, I contribute a few of my own thoughts. I'm a personal trainer at So High Sports and Fitness, owned by Olympic Gold Medalist, Charles Austin. I guess you can understand why I can't stomach people like Rachael Ray and Emeril Lagasse. They are ruining my attempts at making this world a healthier place! These friends and communities are definitely part of my weekly entertainment and I love it! Oh yeah, let me give So High Sports a cheap plug............Our workout videos are coming out soon and it will kick your butt into shape! I'm the girl to the right of Charles working out. Work out with me!
